RBI Recruitment 2019 for 199 Officers Grade ‘B’ Posts

RBI Recruitment 2019: Reserve Bank Of India-Direct Recruitment In Combined Seniority Group (CSG) Streams-Panel The year 2019. Applicants should guarantee, before applying, that they meet the eligibility requirements for the posts advertised.

The Reserve Bank of India Services Board, hereinafter referred to as the Board, would accept the Examinations all candidates applying for a post with the requisite fee/intimation fee (where applicable) on the basis of the data provided in the ONLINE application and determine their eligibility only at the final level, i.e. the interview phase.

1.Officers in Grade B (DR) - General

At least 60 per cent marks (50 percent in the case of SC / ST / PwBD) or equivalent grades in Bachelor's degree as well as 12th (or Diploma or equivalent) and 10th Standard examinations.

The minimum qualifying percentage or the equivalent grade for the Bachelor's degree shall be in aggregate for all semesters/years.

2.Officers in Grade B (DR) - DEPR

Master's degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics / Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in all semesters/years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University / Institute.

3.Officers in Grade B (DR) - DSIM

Master's degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics / Mathematical Economics / Econometrics / Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur / Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in all semesters/years.

Age Limit

The applicant must have reached the age of 21 and must not have reached the age of 30 on 1 September 2019, i.e. he/she must have been born not sooner than 2 September 1989 and not later than 1 September 1998. For M.Phil owning applicants. The upper age limits for Ph.D. qualifications will be 32 and 34 years, respectively.


Selected Candidates will draw a basic pay beginning at 35,150/-pm. In the scale of Rs. 35150-1750 (9)-50900-EB-1750 (2)-54400-2000 (4)-62400 applied to Grade B officers, they will also be eligible for the Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance and Grade Allowance as per the regulations in force from moment to moment. At current, the original monthly gross emoluments are roughly 77,208/-(approximately)

How to Apply

Applicants are needed to apply only online via the www.rbi.org.in website and no other means / mode of implementation will be approved. Detailed instructions for filling out internet apps can be found in Appendix-I on the Bank's website www.rbi.org.in. Applicants are advised to submit a single application; however, if, due to any the inevitable situation, they submit additional/multiple applications, they must ensure that the application with the higher registration ID (RID) is complete in all ways, such as details of the applicant, examination centre, photograph, a signature, left thumb printing, and handwriting undertaking, fee, etc.
